Cortex Courses is a brand new platform that uses the latest research on how leaders learn and work. The courses are designed in short, bite-size nuggets that you can consume whenever, and wherever it is convenient for you, slow-dripped over time, and reinforced for support and encouragement. Cortex Courses are a new, fun, and interactive way for you to learn on-line and directly from the authors.
Each course can be viewed on your desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone and is broken down into the following parts:

Interview with the author about the content for that module
Quiz about the module
Ability to send questions to the author
Each participant will also have a chance to interact and ask specific questions to the author during “Ask the Author” webinars.
In addition, you will be given the opportunity to purchase a one-on-one performance coaching session with the author that will allow for immediate, relevant application, of the material you are learning.

You’ll even get an opportunity to speak directly with the author, during an interactive on-line forum, and ask him your questions about how you can best use the course to well, de-stress.
