Bias can be invisible within ourselves and the workplace. It’s a silent killer of inclusion and collaboration in organizations, associations, and communities. To escape from bias, leaders, their teams, and an area’s citizens can learn to be aware of bias, when they are experiencing it, how to change their perspective, and build the power of diversity to reach successful outcomes.
